Interested companies should offer basic and advanced training and human resources development beyond their own needs and provide their know-how to a wide target group in the partner country. Concepts that are considered to be particularly positive include the following: involving local partners (including schools and universities) as multipliers, establishing training structures in the partner country (training of trainers, curricula development, equipping schools), introduction of new training schemes and university courses, provision of advisory services for decision-makers, and impacting conditions for vocational education in the partner country.
