Overview of the program development
The development of develoPPP.de by numbers of projects from 1999 to 2010
*) Between 2001 and 2006 the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) was one of the implementing organizations for development partnerships with the private sector. Since 2007, the develoPPP.de program is carried out by the DEG, GIZ and Sequa on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
develoPPP.de funds by public and private contributions from 1999 to 2010
Due to the drastic increase in projects in 2010, funds have dramatically increased in comparison to the values of 2008 and 2009. During the year 2010, the public sector contributed 42.5 million Euros and the private sector participated with 52,6 million Euros. Hence, more than 55% of our funds were raised from private sector partners. If one considers the distribution of funds throughout the entire runtime of programs, this value even reaches 60% on average.
